What a Great Gift
Sondra gave me a gift certificate for spa treatment for Christmas. "Are you kidding me" wisely keeping that thought to myself I immediately tried to trade it back to her in the form of a "gift ticket". For that price I could get a power tool set. She insisted that I will need it after the Extreme Home thing. Well I used it this past Friday. It was spa package from The Spa at the Hotel Galvez in Galveston. The package was for a 4 Hand Massage and a pedicure. I know what a pedicure (this was my first) is but what's the deal with a 4 Hand massage? Let me tell you...it was awesome! I've had many massages in different formats like stone, hot oil/wax, deep, even a Thai massage that included a lady walking on me while hangin' on to high bamboo parallel bars. My massage featured a couple of ladies that worked in sync at different ends of my body. It was an amazing feeling and I would recommend this for anyone. Angela and Donna have been working together for 6 years and it shows. Kristen followed up with a great pedicure that featured a scrub and I think a mask. I didn't know about The Spa at the Hotel Galvez but it truly is a beautiful place with plenty of ways to make you feel really good.
