League City Police – Community Services

League City’s Officer Christy Galyean works in the Community Services department for the Police Department. Focusing on community outreach programs and educating both adults and kids on crime prevention, Christy tells Talk of the Bay about some of the programs that are in progress.

Highlights of the Community Services depart are the Youth programs, Educational and Crime Prevention programs, Citizens Police Academy and of course with special affection the Blue Santa program.
