Lunch With The Longhorns – League City
The Friends of the Butler Longhorn Museum, hosted a great fundraiser on
Saturday, October 24. The day was filled with live entertainment
featuring the Ebony Cowgirl and a very young, up and coming star
Julianne McBride. There were some great story tellin’, a silent auction
and a live auction of a Butler Longhorn heifer.
And the grub was to die
for, sponsored and cooked by the Fired Up Cookers, those ribs were some
of the best we’ve ever tried. YUMMY!
The funds raised support the Butler Longhorn Museum. The museum is
nestled in the heart of League City, houses the world’s record on
Longhorn heads and is a living history of the Butler family, the
Longhorn breed and the city of League City.
