Mrs. Barbara,
You are very welcome for the help. We loved being able to lend a helping hand and volunteer when it’s for a great cause. We knew from experience that help would fall short at late hours so we hibernated during the warmth and sunshine and came out of our burrows when the cold and dark came. Ha ha ha. On a serious note, We wouldn't hesitate to do it again. You know you can count on BMS, so next time you need anything I hope you wouldn't hesitate to give us a call. Since we are a family owned and ran company we always protect our name. If we commit or agree to something, you better believe we will do what it takes to get it done as BMS has demonstrated.
The juice was definitely worth the squeeze. Our crews didn't care to be on camera or noticed. All the crews wanted at the end of the project was to see the families reaction to the reveal and it honesty made all of our guys cry like little girls. All the late hours and hard work was justified during those few seconds of the reveal. They knew what the cause was and that's what drove them. We all learned an invaluable lesson from this experience.
So on behalf of BMS and myself, Thank You and the City of Kemah for the opportunity and the support. This project didn't make BMS money, didn't make BMS shine, didn't make BMS grow but it did make us better individuals and we have you to thank. It made us appreciate life in general and showed the simple things we took for granted on a daily basis. We all agreed and promised each other to volunteer on a monthly basis for a minimum of one day to any worthy cause. (If you have any ideas please feel free to share). And to think it all started from a simple question if " We would like to help?". If only everybody learned the lesson everyone at BMS did.
You, Mrs. Roberts, are a great human being. I know you went above and beyond to make this project successful and your actions won’t go unnoticed.
Sincerely,
Jason J.Hernandez
