Junior League of Galveston County Inc. Donates School Supplies
Tomorrow the Junior League of Galveston County Inc. will deliver school supplies for 550 students, kindergarten through 4th grade, to Texas City’s Kohfeldt Elementary School. Each year the League adopts an underserved elementary school in Galveston County. School supplies, and later reading assistance, are provided to the students as part of the Junior League’s year-long commitment.
Junior League of Galveston County members will deliver the school supplies tomorrow, Friday, August 20th at 8:00 a.m. Kohfeldt Elementary School is located at 1705 13th Avenue N. , Texas City , TX.

- 2,420 pocket folders with brads
- 1,430 spiral notebooks
- 1,100 pink erasers
- 550 scissors
- 550 bottles of Elmer’s glue
- 550 packages of notebook paper
- 110 boxes of crayons
