Leadership Changes Announced For 2010-2011 School Year
School’s out for summer, but the Clear Creek Independent School District is already making plans for a stellar 2010-2011 school year. When students return to campus in August, some of them will find there’s a new principal welcoming them in the hallways.
“I am pleased to announce some exciting administrative changes for the 2010-2011 school year,” said Superintendent Greg Smith, Ph D., “I commend each of these leaders for embracing new opportunities in Clear Creek ISD.” Leading the way with a principal change is Wedgewood Elementary School. Principal Ann Arrington moves to Brookwood Elementary School. Brookwood Principal Cathy Homer moves to League City Elementary and League City Elementary Principal Carla Massa moves to the Wedgewood campus.
Clear Lake City Elementary Principal Leslie Dragg is leaving CCISD to finish her doctorate. Jepsey Kimble will replace her as principal of Clear Lake City Elementary School. In other administrative moves around the District:

Stewart Elementary Intern Elena Self to League City Elementary as Assistant Principal
Laila Glenn, teacher at Whitcomb, has been named Assistant Principal at Whitcomb Elementary
SECONDARY:
Clear Creek Intermediate Assistant Principal Amy McDonald returns to Clear Lake High School
Jennifer Chiles, teacher at Victory Lakes, has been named Assistant Principal at Clear Creek High School
John Palumbo, intern at Brookside Intermediate, has been named Assistant Principal at Clear Lake High School
Alison McBride is new to CCISD and will be the Assistant Principal at Creekside Intermediate
