April 22 – State of the Lake – Clear Lake Area
The annual State of the Lake was hosted by the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, the Bay Area Houston Convention and Visitor’s Bureau and the Hilton Houston NASA Clear Lake. Current economic times are challenging for the cities surrounding Clear Lake but each city representative was optimistic and encouraging regarding the future of the Houston Bay Area.

Jorge Franz, Greater Houston Convention and Visitor’s Bureau
Mayor Don Matter, City of Nassau Bay
