Don your bobbie socks and penny loafers and join the League City Chamber of Commerce as a room full of fabulous chefs show off their culinary talents at League City Chamber’s 8th Annual “At The Hop” with Men Who Cook on July 29 from 6:30 – 9:30 pm at South Shore Harbour Resort and Conference Center.
It will be an impressive line-up of one-of-a-kind recipes like Ray’s Fajitas by Ray Soto (Soto Financial & Insurance), Smoked Brisket by Roger Proulx (Hope Village) and Jalapeno Brownies by Simon Urbanic (Archer Group). In addition to taking pleasure in the culinary talents of these Men Who Cook, guests will enjoy the 50’s décor, rockin’ to the beat of the Southbound band and a bachelor auction. Place your bids during the live auction for an exciting evening on the town with one of three featured bachelors. And, for the first time ever, you will have the chance to vote for your favorite chef as the People’s Choice. ‘The Fonz’ Premier Sponsor, AMOCO Federal Credit Union, invites everyone to attend this fabulous event. The organizers of Men Who Cook, chaired by Robin Stowe with White Knight Technologies, are planning a great evening and encourage purchasing tickets early as a large attendance is expected.
There are opportunities at this year’s event for corporate tables with reserved, premier seating and to sponsor your favorite chef. Sponsorships are still available and tailored to fit any budget. Corporate tables are going fast and seating is limited so reserve early.
