March 26-28 – Tour of Waterfront Homes – Bay Area
Tickets are now available for HSLBA’s 10th annual tour of four Galveston Bay waterfront homes, Saturday and Sunday, March 27-28 from noon to 5:00pm plus a Pre-Tour Party on Friday evening. Sales are at The Arts Alliance Center Clear Lake (TAACCL), Nassau Bay; Kemah Visitor Center, 604 Bradford; Bay Area Houston Convention & Visitors Bureau, Seabrook; and Arlan’s Grocery or Casanova’s Downfall, NASA Parkway @ Kirby. Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door.
All four houses are south of Clear Lake in the Kemah-Bacliff area. Houses 1 and 2 are on Kipp Road and Courtesy Lane in Kemah. Because of limited street parking visitors are asked to use the City Hall parking lot on Highway 146 just east of Walmart and ride unique pedi-cabs to those nearby houses.
Everyone is invited to the Friday night Pre-Tour Party, March 26, at another large waterfront home on Todville Road in Seabrook. This celebration will honor Emyre Barrios Robinson, a most beloved HSLBA Past President who died in an accident last year, and will showcase a talented young area musician. Tickets for the party are $75 per person which includes the tour of four houses.
