Flu season has arrived, and the H1N1 virus, known globally as the swine
flu, has worldwide implications for individuals as well as businesses.
UTMB’s Joan E. Nichols, Ph.D., will present information on how to stay
healthy in the workplace as she speaks on “Global Health, Local Action”
during a Power Breakfast Expo to be held from 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. on
Thursday, Oct. 15, 2009, at the Hilton Garden Inn, 750 West Texas Ave.,
Webster, TX.
Healthcare partners of the Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership are
presenting the expo for BAHEP members, business owners and human
resource professionals. AMOCO Federal Credit Union, a BAHEP member, is
sponsoring the event, and seating is limited.
Exhibitors at the Power Breakfast Expo include the University of Texas
Medical Branch, Texas Citizens Bank, RSA Corp., Memorial Hermann
Southeast Hospital, M.D. Anderson, The Eye Clinic of Texas, Devereux
